Please kick me in my head

BLAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! After a beautiful day in Seattle yesterday my allergies are BACK!
The 5 hour red-eye flight to New York did not help the situation at all.
Needless to say I am sitting on the floor in NY waiting for my flight which has been delayed for???????????
Hate flying, hate airports, hate people who sit next to and around me on the airplane, hate allergies!
MAYBE just maybe someone will walk by and kick me in my head

Taiyo, Kazma, and of course the little one Bear
Some pretty funny pictures of the little kids if you ask me! Bear loved them and was more interested in 1. Taiyo being scared to death of him and 2. Kazma screaming like a lunatic.... sometimes. And then a shot of Bear with his new toy. Not sure what the attraction is but he carries it around with him everywhere. Outside, following me, when he goes and eats etc.......

One of my favorite little jams.... "Day and Night"
Kid Cudi doing work! This video is creative and has some great animation in it.
Watch this whole video!
The fly just loves donuts evidently! I have to say these tasty little chocolate rounds are one of my favorite meals!
People have to much time at work to come up with this stuff

Another day, another racist cartoon involving President Barack Obama.
The mayor of Los Alamitos, California now admits he “made a mistake” by sending a racist e-mail. The e-mail featured a picture of the White House surrounded by a watermelon patch. The e-mail had an accompanying caption which read, “No Easter egg hunt this year.”
How did this mayor think that he would get away with this?
Just one more reason to hate WAZZU
Undereducated, illiterate, redneck I could go on for days but this story does a great job by itself....
Last year was a disaster for the Washington State University football team as the Cougars went 2-11. One of the problems was the team’s quarterbacks were decimated with injuries. The situation was so bad that the school actually held tryouts for walk on quarterbacks.
The Cougars leading returning quarterback for next season was 19-year-old Marshall Lobbestael. He led the Cougs with a measley four touchdown passes last year. Lobbestael has now been suspended by Wazzu after being found drunk and passed out in a pickup truck which was parked in a police parking lot in Pullman, Washington. Lobbestael was arrested on Saturday. He is still recovering from a season-ending knee injury he suffered in 2008.
KXLY TV in Spokane is reporting that Loebbestael had a pair of encounters with police on Saturday. They first stopped Lobbestael when they spotted the young qb carrying an unconscious woman in the College Hill area of Pullman. The young lady was arrested on Minor In Possession of alcohol charges. Lobbestael then apparently abandoned the girl and headed back to the pickup where he passed out. Unfortunately for Lobbestael, the truck was parked in the Pullman police parking lot.
The campus newspaper, The Daily Evergreen, had the spectacular detail that Lobbestael had a grocery bag full of vomit between his legs when police arrested him.

Highest Paid

USC FOOTBALL COACH PETE CARROLL
Not surprising: USC football coach Pete Carroll is the highest paid employee of any university in the United States of America.
Surprising: He’s the only college football or basketball coach in the top ten.
Today’s New York Times has an article on a study done by The Chronicle of Higher Education. It found, not surprisingly, that Carroll made $4,415,714 at USC in 2007. The second highest paid person working for any American college turns out to be a dermatology professor at Columbia. Third is a an employee of Emory University followed by the Dean of the Penn medical school and a Cornell professor.

Tonya Harding

Hey she is looking great these days. Really proud of her and how her life has played out after going straight Godfather Olympics back in the day. Think this pic was taken at a book signing here in Walla Walla at the local Applebee's. Not sure though! Oh yeah, and if you love her as much as me she also has a website of her own so you can always get your fill of Taonya when you are feeling down and out!

Great sign

I took this photo last night while were out to dinner. One of the lone Thai places in Walla Walla. This place has the WORST customer service but the food is amazing. I have to say for all the Thai I have had in my life all over the world, this place does good work. Needless to say though, the people who work at this joint are slow, some are white, and all of them cannot add or evidently spell. I have had numerous problems with my bill being wrong, never getting what I ordered or just sitting in a booth for 15 minutes with not a single sole coming to take an order.
Well....... all is good now though because with a sign like this posted in the window I will be a customer for life. So glad I went to college! Not sure if this sign shows a lack of intelligence, maybe in a hurry, not to good with the English language, or maybe and this is a stretch, they knew I was coming!

Did I go to Arizona to eat like a pig or watch golf. Still hurting, and not hungry
Rolled down to AZ with my boy Ryan this last weekend to catch some rays and go see some golf. My stomach on the other hand was not prepared for what it was about to face. I will list in order from lunch on the first day to dinner on the last night, what I put the digestive system through.
Day One lunch
Jalapeno Pizza with Sausage and a Bread stick
Jamba Juice
Dinner
Cheeseburger and fries and 2 24 ounce Guinness's
Coronas
Late night (snack) 2 am
Steak burrito with jalapenos and extra hot sauce
At this point it was time for bed. Got home around 3. UGGGGGGGGGGGGGG
Day Two lunch/breakfast
Turkey sandwich with Cranberry sauce and Mayo that I asked them to leave off
Southwest Cesar Salad
2 cookies
Heineken
Dinner
Morton's Fillet Mignon
Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Loaf of bread (why did I eat a loaf?)
Chocolate Souffle for dessert
Corona's
My stomach was tired at this point. Still feeling the effects of Chronic Tacos at 2 in the morning!
Day Three lunch
Steak Burrito from Chipolte
Chips and Guacamole
Coors Light
Dinner
Meatball sandwich
Fillet Mignon pizza
Coors Light
Late Night
Popcorn
So needless to say, I woke up Sunday morning after having slept for 3 hours and rolled to the airport feeling ill. Did not eat anything all day except some Cap'n Crunch Berries and OJ. All in all the trip was awesome, who can complain about 80 degree weather every day. My stomach on the other hand is in recovery mode.

Curious Case of Benjamin Button
Went to see this movie on Thursday night not knowing what to expect having read mixed reviews. Overall though I was pleasantly surprised. 3 hours in length I made sure not to drink a lot of water at dinner! The 3 hours though went by without me even noticing. GREAT movie and a wonderful story. Pretty cool the way they have Brad Pitt come into the world as a baby, start as an old man and progress through his life to the point of becoming a baby. Have to pay attention to the details in the movie as to make sure you don't miss anything. A must buy when this comes out on Bluray. Go check it if you have 3 hours to spend sometime.

How can you not be excited about this! Hopefully the movie will live up to the hype. We all will wait and see

Super Pii Pii Brothers
Been to long since we have had a Mr. Fantastic sighting
Sam-O vs. Rick Ross
Super Bowl

2 great games today but I am highly disappointed in both outcomes. I thought the comeback by the Eagles was enough to seal a victory but Kurt Warner (who I cannot stand)rallied his troops for one more drive to seal the victory. Then their is the good old Pittsburgh Steelers. If you have ever been to Pittsburgh you would hate them also. I thought Flaco had one more drive in him but Pittsburgh D stood tall like they have all season and intercepted a pass and returned it for a touchdown to secure the victory. So,,,,,,,, I really am not that excited about the Super Bowl. I will watch but the only reason for me tuning in on Sunday afternoon will be for the new commercials and the hope that Bud Light steps up their commercials and does away with these retards drawing pictures to explain drinkability.

And you thought you might have had a bad experience over the holidays
This is an email from my sister Ashley who spent Christmas and New Year's in Germany. CLASSIC
The bag tracing system broke down worldwide yesterday, which means that the airline was no longer able to trace any lost bags: where they are or who they belong to, because they no longer have the numbers or tags in the system to match any of the bags with. As today was my fourth day in a different country without luggage, I was freaking out just a bit.
Thus, Falko and I decided to drive two and a half hours to Frankfurt tonight in search of my luggage, After begging two people to let me into the arrivals area, and consequently talking a German lady into allowing me into the storage locker, my bags were fortunately sitting there (they arrived yesterday morning...quality!). The best part is, my bag is completely damaged -- a brand new bag I just bought before I flew -- and broken (read: smashed and doesn't sit upright) on the bottom. (Actually, the best part may be that if I never drove to Frankfurt, that I would probably be without luggage for the duration of my time here.)
On the bright side, I do have my luggage, and they gave me 200 euro to compensate me, but I think this trip -- food poisoning, then eight hours of flight delays, me sprinting to catch the flight I nearly missed because of the delays and re-pulling my groin, my baggage being lost for four days and then the system being broken so i wouldnt even have gotten my bags given that Falko and I didn't drive two and a half hours, and then my bag upon discovery being completely busted -- is maybe the worst trip ever. I forgot to add that on the drive home from the Frankfurt airport that I was holding one of my 60 pound bags on my lap, because we were in the stinky Smart car (clown car), and it didn't fit in the back. Merry Christmas to me!! Be happy you're not flying.

OH the places I have been and THE BEST WAY TO START MY BLOG IN 09!!!
Almost a month since I last posted. Holidays were great and lots of rest was needed. 08 came and went like it never happened. New Years was awesome, got to see Emilie and the babies in LA and go to the Rose Bowl on New Years day. Now that the new year is here and life is back to normal I started to think......what is the best way to start the blog for 09? And like any thing that is great and perfect in life, it came to me today in the form of a text message.
This is for real and not a joke.
Word for word this is what I received
Do you have hot roast beef sandwiches?
You ask who sent this and what was my response or thoughts when I got this message? Hmmmmmm besides confusion and thoughts along the lines of "is this a dirty text message" or "is this an idea for lunch" I could not come to a reasonable conclusion. And the sender you ask? None other then the gf Jackie. Good Work. You made my day and helped me kick off 09 with a great post!
