its my new update for anyone who cares, as you know I have embarked on an intense training program and also a new diet. to begin, i don't have much to lose but shedding something only makes the cut up look more apparent. the day usually goes like this. oatmeal for breakfast with some bread, sandwich for lunch with raisins or peaches, then for dinner pasta with some grilled chicken or some sort of vegetable. pounding water like it's going to run out and Gatorade is stocked in the fridge. Natural Valley granola bars and Nutrigrain bars are snacks along with apples oranges etc......... 2 weeks i have shed 4 lbs. and feel great

My Blackberry Bold WILL be better then your iPhone

So as I understand it, thousands lined up these last couple weeks to get there grubby little paws on the new iPhone. Blaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhh. I have never thought it was that great and the sight of someone playing on it, just to show in public that they have one, makes me want to puke on myself. For those who do use it for practical purposes, which some do, more power to you. I don't even know all the features and bullshit jargon about this phone, I just know I don't like it. So that being said, Blackberry is getting ready to release it's next line. And it is amazing. Again, don't care what it does just know it looks good and I will be a Blackberry user for life. My Blackberry Curve has never let me down. AT&T had to push the release date back because of the new iPhone but word on the street is late August, early September. Doubt you will see a line for this phone, who knows, but I already got the hooks on one so I can't wait!

Another summer classic?

From the guys who put out Superbad comes another comedy. I can't wait. Supposed to be funnier then Superbad. Hard to believe but we will have to wait and see. Don't think it will top Dark Knight but that movie had it's slow moments. Christian Bale also seriously disappointed me. One of my favorite actors and Heath just stole the show. When I decided enough is enough....

I had a thought last week..... I go to the gym on a daily basis, am active, have done some pretty hard things physically but I needed something more. I have always thought about triathlons but was never sure if I wanted to go that route. Then it finally hit me last week. Why not! How many people that you honestly know can say they have competed or finished a Triathlon. NOT MANY!!! So April 4th will mark the day that I put in work on the course set up in Oceanside, California. Cost me $265 for who knows how many hours of pain and agony! I cant wait! Drinking is a thought of the past and my diet is way different. My body right now is in a bit of shock since it has been awhile since I have been on a bike or in the pool. But, I am seeing results already. The body and mind are an amazing thing. For those of you who plan this far ahead and want to head to Cali to cheer me on in April, lets do this!

Tomorrow marks one of the more crazy days of shopping for those who love Nordstroms. What can I say, my 4 sisters have taught me well. For those of you who don't know, go check out this event if you have a Nordstroms in the area and you will see how crazy it is. New fall fashion is rolled out and marked down to make you think you are saving money! Who cares, at least when you walk out you will be looking good for the upcoming months.It's just money..... RIGHT?

Been waiting a long time for this to come out and now it is upon us! This movie is going to be incredible. To bad Walla Walla is a little behind the times and does not have an IMAX theatre.

Sunriver Resort & Lodge

Just got back from a 5 day hiatus/meetings from Sunriver, Oregon. If you have never been it is well worth the money and travel time to go. Golfing is insane and the scenery makes it worth the trip that much more. I had never been and always heard so many good things about this place. The lodge, which is what the picture shows is huge and has a couple bars, patio's and a large deck with a incredible view. The rooms range anywhere from a large condo to a room with queen beds or a king. They all have decks that overlook the golf course with beautiful views of the mountains and surrounding streams that run through the resort. I plan on making it back one more time before the summer is over. Can't wait!

NAS does it again.... this guy is amazing

have to say that out of all the rappers i enjoy listening to NAS never disappoints. his much anticipated album drops in a couple weeks and brings a message of hope and also strikes very close to the heart of what is happening in America today. his lyrical genius always amazes me. all i can say is that when i go to the gorge in September for "rock the bells" i will be one of the many excited to see him perform live.
