LBS. lost to date......... 4
its my new update for anyone who cares, as you know I have embarked on an intense training program and also a new diet. to begin, i don't have much to lose but shedding something only makes the cut up look more apparent. the day usually goes like this. oatmeal for breakfast with some bread, sandwich for lunch with raisins or peaches, then for dinner pasta with some grilled chicken or some sort of vegetable. pounding water like it's going to run out and Gatorade is stocked in the fridge. Natural Valley granola bars and Nutrigrain bars are snacks along with apples oranges etc......... 2 weeks i have shed 4 lbs. and feel great
